1. Data controller
HUATIA AI ("Huatia") is the data controller for personal data collected through this website (huatia.pe). For any privacy enquiry, please contact contacto@huatia.pe.
2. Data we collect
Through the contact form we collect: name, email, company (optional), role (optional), area of interest and the message you choose to send us. We also store the submission date, the form language, a hash of your IP address (we do not store the raw IP) and your browser User-Agent to prevent abusive automated use.
3. Purpose
We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange an initial commercial conversation and, where appropriate, send you information directly related to the services you expressed interest in. We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of the consent you give by ticking the corresponding box in the form, and on our legitimate interest in managing the commercial relationship you initiate when you contact us.
5. Processors
To operate this site we rely on: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (contact database) and Resend (email notifications). Each processes only the data strictly required for the described purpose.
6. Retention
We retain form data while an active contact relationship exists, or for a maximum of 24 months from last contact, unless legally required to keep it longer.
7. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, cancellation or objection to the processing of your data at any time by writing to contacto@huatia.pe. This notice will be reviewed to ensure compliance with Peru's Personal Data Protection Law (Law 29733) and its regulations.

We may update this notice. The current version will always be available on this page with the last-updated date.
